WHO/LIMIT

 Boys/Girls age 9 or older; MAX 25 kids

WHEN

  • Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:15pm, 6:15pm-7:00pm
  • Thursdays 5:30pm-6:15pm
  • Saturdays 8:00am-8:45am

PROGRAM

Our mission is to empower young athletes to reach their athletic potential in a fun and safe environment

This brand new speed and agility program is designed to improve quickness, acceleration, and sprint speed. We will focus on developing proper running form, change of direction, coordination, conditioning, and flexibility. Come ready to learn and ready to run hard!

HOW IT WORKS

This drop in style group will meet multiple times per week. You can purchase a punch card and when you come we will punch your card.

Steps:

  1.  Purchase Punch Card (Can use 1 card for families)
  2.  Come to any workout (BRING CARD!)
  3.  Dominate!
