New Berlin Sportsplex Summer Camps
Join us this summer for 4 weeks of fun and learning. The New Berlin Sportsplex is excited to announce our Summer Day Camps starting June 14th we will be hosting 4 different camps, a different theme each week. Open to children ages 6 yrs to 11 yrs old. The sessions will run Monday thru Thursday 9am – Noon (with the exception of the first week of July it will be Tuesday to Friday.)
Running the camps this year will be Mike Ernst and Maggie Davis. Mike with 20+ years teaching in the Muskego Norway school district and Maggie Davis an Art Therapist at the Richardson School in Brookfield. Mike will be teaching STEM in a hands-on fun way relating to the weekly themes and Maggie will explore each week theme through art and creativity!

Animal Planet (Week 1)
Let start this summer out with a favorite topic – ANIMALS! We are talking sea creatures, mammals, and the cool pets we call our own. From dissecting owl pellets to creating animals with both 2D and 3D materials. A special visit from some local animals and our mascot for the day, Jean Bob the tortoise
Sports and Movement (Week 2)
You will experience lots of fun ways to stay active and learn how the body works inside and out. Ever draw with your elbow? Get ready to move and groove!!
The Great Outdoors (Week 3)
Take in a deep breath and enjoy all that Nature has to offer us. Enjoy a scavenger hunt, identify different climates and environments. Be one with nature as we explore the good and the bad, the dry and the wet, and everything in between.
Welcome To Fantasy Island (Week 4)
OK so maybe not an Island but we will have a great time learning about the exciting and creative world of Fantasy! From Harry Potter to Star Wars, from Fairy Tales to Superheros, let’s jump into our imagination and explore. Make your own magic wand, impress Hansel and Gretel with your homemade candy house, and design your very own Superhero cape.
